Case study
In brief
Problem
Repeatable photo looks usually mean generative inpaint or a new shader per site. Neither gives a recipe you can reuse.
Approach
Built a browser WebGL2 lab: eight named packs, semantic sliders, optional talk that writes a JSON patch — not pixels. The recipe is the source of truth; the GPU does the math.
Outcome
Export PNG plus a serializable recipe. The same recipe can drive a quiet hero embed without rebuilding the editor.
